Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities focused on civil, mechanical, and structural materials for the prestigious Qiddiya project in Riyadh. This role demands strong expertise in material specifications and a well-connected network with both national and international vendors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for civil and structural materials ensuring alignment with project requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trusted vendors, suppliers, and brands to secure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Prepare, review, and oversee all procurement documentation including submittals, approvals, and tracking to maintain compliance and project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with site teams to follow up on material deliveries and procurement schedules, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.
• Support procurement strategies that meet the specific demands of the Qiddiya project.

Required Skills and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of civil, mechanical, and structural material specifications pertinent to large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience managing procurement activities within the Qiddiya project or similar infrastructure developments.
• Strong vendor management skills with a demonstrated network of national and international suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills to handle procurement approvals and tracking effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively with site teams to ensure timely delivery and quality control of materials.
