We are currently seeking skilled Draftsmen to join our teams working on fit-out projects in Qatar. Openings are available for Architectural, Electrical, and Mechanical Draftsmen who are proficient in preparing detailed and precise technical drawings. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid experience in fit-out construction environments and a strong command of AutoCAD software.

Key Responsibilities

As a Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating accurate and clear technical drawings that comply with project standards. This includes managing layers, grids, and coordinates; setting up layouts and title blocks; and ensuring all drawings meet quality requirements for fit-out and construction detailing. Close attention to dimensioning and plotting processes will be essential to your daily tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in fit-out projects is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD with strong command knowledge, including XREF/XCLIP, layer management, and standards
• Ability to produce clean, detailed technical drawings with accurate dimensions and grid references
• Knowledge of drawing setup, plotting tools, layouts, and use of title blocks

Assessment Process

Candidates may be required to complete an assessment that includes tests on AutoCAD speed and accuracy, layer control, dimensioning, drawing setups, layouts, plotting, and fit-out or construction detailing skills to evaluate technical expertise and drawing precision.
