Key Responsibilities

As Senior Sous Chef, you will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations. Your duties include managing and motivating a large kitchen brigade, ensuring adherence to culinary standards, and maintaining an efficient workflow to deliver exceptional service. The role demands creativity, excellent organizational abilities, and calmness under pressure.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in upscale, fast-paced restaurants
• Strong expertise in Mediterranean cuisine preparation and presentation
• Proven leadership qualities with the ability to manage and inspire large kitchen teams
• Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and HACCP protocols
• Excellent communication skills and organizational capabilities
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver results in a high-pressure environment
• A creative approach to culinary excellence and consistency
