City Arabia Contracting Company is urgently seeking experienced Scaffolder Supervisors to join our team for a key project with Aramco in Riyadh. We need two qualified supervisors to oversee scaffolding operations, ensuring safety compliance and efficient workflow. This role demands hands-on leadership and thorough knowledge of scaffolding procedures within large-scale industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
The Scaffolder Supervisor will be responsible for managing scaffolding teams, coordinating daily activities, and maintaining safety standards. Key duties include:
- Supervising scaffolding installation, modification, and dismantling tasks on site
- Ensuring all work complies with Aramco safety guidelines and project specifications
- Monitoring the progress of scaffolding operations to meet deadlines
- Conducting daily safety briefings and toolbox talks with the team
- Reporting any hazards, incidents, or equipment issues promptly
- Coordinating closely with other site supervisors and project managers
Requirements
A valid vendor code is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with all documentation requirements.
