ARAB EAST is seeking a talented Meta Ads Specialist / Digital Marketing Executive to join our Dubai-based team. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience to excel in managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The position comes with a competitive salary range of AED 3,000 to AED 6,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns focused on lead generation, brand awareness, traffic, and conversions. Your duties will include setting up and managing ads, targeting the right audiences, allocating budgets efficiently, and selecting optimal bidding strategies. You will conduct detailed audience research, create custom and lookalike audiences as well as retargeting strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Coordination with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals will be essential to deliver engaging content. You will continuously monitor campaign metrics such as reach, impressions, click-through rates, cost-per-click, lead cost, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS) to improve outcomes.

Additionally, your role will involve testing various ad creatives, copy variations, and campaign objectives. Managing and troubleshooting Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking implementation will be part of your responsibilities, alongside preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights. Collaborating closely with the sales team to refine lead quality and conversion rates will also be important.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms, along with strong analytical abilities focused on driving results. Experience with Meta Ads Manager and various campaign optimization techniques is expected. Effective communication and teamwork skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to learning are highly valued. You should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns and digital marketing activities simultaneously.

Fresh graduates with relevant digital marketing certifications or a compelling portfolio are encouraged to apply.
