Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management in the UAE is seeking two experienced Multi-Skilled Technicians to join our team. This role focuses on comprehensive building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general repair tasks. The technician will perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure smooth facility operations and respond promptly to maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance duties including:

• Routine and emergency repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil disciplines.
• Implementing preventive maintenance schedules to avoid equipment failures.
• Diagnosing issues efficiently and providing effective solutions.
• Collaborating with the facilities management team to ensure work quality and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A technical qualification in electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and civil maintenance work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to handle maintenance challenges effectively.
• Prior experience in UAE facilities management is an advantage, offering familiarity with regional standards and practices.
