Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management is seeking a dedicated Fit-Out Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects across the UAE. This role involves guiding projects from initial planning stages through to successful completion, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Fit-Out Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution including client liaison, contractor supervision, maintaining quality standards, budgeting, and scheduling. Strong leadership is required to coordinate teams and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out or interior construction projects
• Proven expertise in project management and site supervision
• Solid knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating contractors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the UAE market, particularly in fit-out or facilities management, is considered a strong advantage
