Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management is looking for a skilled Fit-Out Coordinator to manage and supervise interior fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects across the UAE. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Fit-Out Coordinator will play a pivotal role in overseeing project progress from inception through completion. Key duties include:

• Coordinating with all stakeholders to streamline renovation and fit-out activities
• Monitoring project timelines and ensuring adherence to schedules
• Verifying compliance with technical specifications and quality standards
• Facilitating clear communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Managing documentation and reporting on project status

Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline. Experience requirements include:

• 2 to 4 years in fit-out, renovation, interior design, or construction coordination roles
• Strong familiarity with fit-out processes and ability to interpret technical drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking software
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Holding a UAE driving licence is an advantage
