Job Overview

BKA Facilities Management is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal and reliable performance.

Key Responsibilities

The HVAC Technician’s duties include:

• Installing HVAC systems including chillers, fan coil units (FCUs), air handling units (AHUs), split and package units
• Performing regular preventative maintenance to avoid system downtime
• Accurately diagnosing and resolving technical faults to keep equipment running efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical qualification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years practical experience in HVAC system maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across a variety of HVAC equipment
• Knowledge of diverse HVAC systems such as chillers, FCUs, AHUs, split and package units
• Previous experience working with facilities management in the UAE is an advantage

Compensation

The salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications and performance during the interview process.
