Job Overview

We are currently expanding our team and seeking 15 skilled Baristas and Barista Trainers from Bangladesh to join various branch locations throughout Saudi Arabia. This is a great chance for professionals with barista experience looking to work in dynamic environments across Abha, Yanbu, Al Baha, Al Qurayyat, Arar, and Jizan.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, and delivering excellent customer service. Barista Trainers will also take the lead in coaching and mentoring junior baristas to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 months of prior barista experience is essential; no freshers will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment operation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• For trainers, proven ability to educate and guide team members effectively.

Additional Requirements

• Applicants must be nationals of Bangladesh.
• A valid Iqama is required, along with a first Iqama transfer before joining.
• Willingness to relocate to any of the specified cities.

Salary and Benefits
