Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Ice Cream Shop Attendant (Steward) to join our team in Dammam. This role is essential to ensuring smooth daily operations within the shop, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the shop, counters, tables, and equipment clean and hygienic at all times.
• Assist customers by serving ice cream, desserts, and beverages efficiently and courteously.
• Help with restocking supplies and organizing the shop to ensure operational readiness.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain high quality service and safety.
• Support fellow team members during peak hours to manage workload effectively.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain a tidy work environment throughout the shift.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage, café, or ice cream shop roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• High standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Energetic, dependable, and able to work well within a team setting.
• Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays.
