Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to support the operations of an engineering office in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in office administration or operations within a technical or engineering environment. This role requires strong organizational abilities, technical knowledge related to maintenance processes, and familiarity with accounting and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office functions, overseeing technician teams, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. This includes handling administrative tasks in line with Bahrain regulatory bodies such as LMRA, GOSI, and SIJILAT. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential, as well as the ability to conduct research and support technical activities within the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be currently residing in Bahrain with a transferable visa (no visit visas accepted)
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or operations in engineering or technical settings
  • Technical understanding of maintenance processes
  • Knowledge of accounting and human resource processes
  • Familiarity with labor and social insurance regulations like LMRA, GOSI, SIJILAT
  • Competent in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience managing and delegating technician teams
  • Background in IT or a technical field
  • Strong research skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Bahrain driver’s license with driving experience
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
