Jahaz Ayed Al Rashidi & Partner for Trad. & Cont. Co. is urgently seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a short-term project located in Ras Al Khair. This role requires an individual with a strong background in mechanical supervision within industrial, oil & gas, or maintenance projects. The position demands immediate availability and readiness to mobilize.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing mechanical installations, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting on site. Duties include interpreting mechanical drawings and technical documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and leading a team to meet project deadlines efficiently under site conditions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical supervision
• Proven expertise in mechanical installation, maintenance, and problem-solving
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical documents
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and site protocols
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise teams effectively

• Immediate availability to join the project
• Preparedness for rapid mobilization to project site
• Capability to work effectively in challenging site environments
• Possession of necessary documents including Ajeer, Chamber, Muqeem, and passport copy

Compensation
