We are looking to strengthen our logistics team by hiring a skilled Customs Clearance Specialist based in Jeddah. This role is essential for ensuring smooth customs processing and compliance, enabling seamless import and export operations within our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customs Clearance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of customs documentation and regulatory compliance. Your duties will include coordinating directly with customs authorities, port officials, and inspection agencies to facilitate timely cargo clearance. You will also handle declarations through official customs platforms such as Fasah, Bayan, ASYCUDA, or other local systems, and efficiently resolve issues related to holds, inspections, and tariff classifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience handling customs clearance operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of local customs laws, import/export regulations, and Harmonized System (HS) codes.
• Proven experience in port operations, freight forwarding, or express logistics sectors.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
