Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Tele Sales and CRM Executive to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role involves managing inbound leads efficiently and converting enquiries into confirmed appointments while exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship management system using Odoo and generating accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on inbound leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.
- Convert potential customer enquiries into scheduled appointments.
- Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance revenue streams.
- Maintain and update CRM data and reports in Odoo to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate meetings and provide effective client support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle reception duties and assist walk-in clients professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in telesales, CRM management, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Urdu, and Malayalam.
- Experience working with CRM software, preferably Odoo.
