Vibes Construction, a leading luxury fit-out contractor specializing in upscale residential and commercial projects across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, is expanding its team. We are known for delivering premium quality and fast-track growth opportunities on every project.

We currently have several open positions for experienced professionals who are passionate about high-end fit-out works and looking to join a dynamic team in the UAE.

Available Positions and Responsibilities

• Projects Manager: Oversee all aspects of project execution with full ownership. Requires 8+ years of fit-out experience.
• Senior Project Engineer: Manage site execution and coordination. Candidates should have at least 6 years of UAE fit-out experience.
• Civil Engineer: Focused on finishing works and structural coordination, with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Site Supervisor: Responsible for multi-trade supervision on site, requiring over 5 years of experience.
• Draftsman: Prepare detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Minimum of 1 year experience needed.
• Architect: Handle design detailing, material selection, and layouts with at least 1 year of practical experience.
• Procurement Engineer: Manage vendor sourcing and negotiation processes, with 4+ years in procurement roles.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for professionals who meet the experience criteria outlined above and have a strong background in fit-out contracting within the UAE market. Candidates with Arabic language skills, especially for operational roles, will be highly preferred.

Immediate joiners will receive priority consideration. A portfolio showcasing previous projects is encouraged where applicable.
