Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team in Kuwait. This role involves creating compelling visual assets across various platforms, supporting brand campaigns, digital marketing, retail environments, packaging, and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, a digital-first mindset, and hands-on experience in retail and print production.

Key Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will work on diverse projects including:

• Developing key visuals and creative assets for brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, and marketing initiatives.
• Designing digital content for social media, online advertisements, websites, and email campaigns.
• Creating trade and in-store materials such as POS/MPOS, signage, window displays, promotions, and event assets to enhance customer engagement.
• Producing product packaging designs including primary and secondary packaging, labels, SKU adaptations, and preparing print-ready artwork that meets production standards.
• Contributing to corporate and internal communication materials like presentations and company-wide announcements.
• Designing event branding elements and developing gifting concepts along with limited-edition visuals to support special projects.
• Managing all project files meticulously, ensuring organized source files, maintaining version control, and archiving completed work efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and quality work.
• Proficiency in digital design tailored for various online platforms and formats.
• In-depth understanding of retail and in-store design requirements and effective visual merchandising techniques.
• Experience in packaging design and print production processes to ensure seamless transition from concept to manufacturing.
• Capability in corporate communication design, including creating professional presentations and internal materials.
• Creative approach towards event branding and special projects, bringing innovative ideas to life.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle file management, version tracking, and archiving.
