Job Overview

Prime Group is seeking an experienced Unit Head to lead its Chemical Testing Unit based in Dubai. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in chemistry to supervise laboratory operations, manage staff, and uphold strict quality standards in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

Key Responsibilities

The Unit Head will take charge of daily laboratory functions, ensuring smooth workflow and accuracy in testing procedures. Key duties include:

• Leading and managing the Chemical Testing Unit team to achieve operational excellence.
• Overseeing all laboratory testing activities and ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
• Maintaining high-quality testing and timely, reliable reporting of results.
• Implementing best practices and continuously improving laboratory processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing technical teams.
• Thorough understanding of laboratory management and quality assurance frameworks.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and their practical application in chemical testing environments.
