Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Design Draftsman to join our team, specializing in Oil & Gas and Industrial projects based in Qatar. This role involves creating detailed mechanical and piping drawings essential for construction and project execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare mechanical and piping drawings, including isometrics, P&IDs, and layout plans.
• Develop both construction and as-built drawings to support project stages.
• Update and revise drawings utilizing AutoCAD and Plant 3D software.
• Prepare Material Take-Offs and assist in fulfilling project requirements.
• Ensure all output adheres to quality control and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical Drafting.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Oil & Gas or Refinery sectors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D; experience with Plant 3D is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of piping materials and applicable codes.
• Strong communication skills in English and working knowledge of MS Office.
• Age preference up to 45 years.
