Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous QC Painting Inspector to join an ongoing Oil and Gas project based in Qatar. This role involves ensuring all surface preparation and coating applications meet rigorous industry standards and project-specific requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality control and safety throughout the painting process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of surface preparation and coating applications to confirm adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Verify compliance with industrial painting codes and safety regulations throughout all stages of the coating process.
• Compile daily inspection reports and accurately maintain all relevant documentation for quality assurance purposes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a Painting Inspector within Oil and Gas industry projects.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial painting techniques, protective coatings, and surface preparation methods.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with a firm commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to produce clear, concise inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
