We are currently seeking experienced Structural BIM Modelers to join a dynamic team in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, UAE. This urgent hiring is open exclusively to candidates currently residing in the UAE. The ideal applicants will have a solid background in structural BIM modeling and be ready to step into the role immediately.

Key Responsibilities

As a Structural BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate 3D structural models collaborating closely with engineering and design teams. Your role will involve ensuring structural designs are precisely represented within the BIM environment to support project execution and delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in BIM software related to structural design.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering concepts and workflows.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and deliver projects on time.
• Immediate availability is a significant advantage.
• Applicants must currently be based in the UAE.
