Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our Specialty Café & Roastery team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals with either basic or prior barista experience who are eager to expand their coffee knowledge and skills.

Available locations include Jeddah, Abha, and Riyadh. The position offers a competitive salary range from SAR 2,000 to SAR 2,500, based on experience, with an 8-hour workday and one day off per week. Overtime hours will be compensated accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages following established brewing methods and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café workspace.
• Continuously learn and apply specialty coffee techniques to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation; previous barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the specialty coffee industry.
• A professional attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Must hold a transferable Iqama and be willing to work in Jeddah, Abha, or Riyadh.
