Allied Power Industrial Company (APCO) is a reputable supplier specializing in industrial electrical and oil & gas products across Saudi Arabia. Serving top clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, and various industrial plants, APCO offers a broad portfolio of high-quality electrical solutions designed to meet the needs of infrastructure and industrial projects.

We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Engineer to join our team in Dammam. This role involves promoting our extensive product range while driving sales growth and building strong client partnerships in the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities by securing request for quotations (RFQs) and maintaining consistent contact with clients. Key duties include:

• Identifying potential projects and obtaining necessary product approvals.
• Visiting customers regularly throughout the Eastern Province to promote APCO’s industrial electrical products.
• Building and nurturing relationships with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, EPC contractors, consultants, and end users.
• Preparing detailed techno-commercial proposals and negotiating terms and contracts.
• Coordinating closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution of orders.
• Tracking sales progress, providing weekly reports, and meeting set sales targets.
• Supporting project bidding processes, managing invoice follow-ups, and facilitating collections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience within the Middle East oil and gas sector.
• Proven experience working with key clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or EPC contractors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Valid driving license and readiness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
• Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working autonomously.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical materials.
• Experience with vendor registration procedures and understanding of project specifications.
• Familiarity with the procurement processes and project standards of Saudi Aramco.
