Job Overview

We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional female Assistant Hairdresser to join our busy salon team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will play an essential role in supporting our hairdressers, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist hairdressers by washing and preparing clients before treatments and services
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of all workstations, tools, and salon facilities to uphold salon standards
• Prepare and arrange necessary products and equipment for daily hairdressing tasks
• Support stylists during various hair treatments as needed
• Handle routine salon duties such as towel preparation and basic inventory assistance

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of hair care techniques and salon operations
• Preferably at least one year of experience working in a similar role
• Strong communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow directions efficiently
• Ready for immediate joining
• Filipino nationals are highly preferred
• Applicants must be local transfers within Bahrain
