Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Project Engineer with expertise in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Fire Life Safety systems. The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 4 years of experience working with installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning of fire alarm, emergency lighting, suppression, and firefighting systems. This full-time role is based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain and offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between AED 3,000 and AED 4,000.

Key Responsibilities

The Project Engineer will play a pivotal role in managing fire protection system projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:

• Executing installation, maintenance, and testing tasks for various fire protection systems.
• Collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams to handle new maintenance and installation project inquiries.
• Conducting site visits, assessing client needs, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining continuous client communication.
• Coordinating with the Project Team to ensure seamless and timely project delivery.
• Overseeing project progress, managing manpower and materials, and monitoring site activities to comply with project timelines.
• Supervising testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover processes to guarantee quality standards.
• Working closely with the Maintenance Team for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as attending to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when necessary.
• Preparing and submitting detailed project progress reports, site updates, material requisitions, and management summaries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

• 2 to 4 years of proven experience in fire protection system installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
• Strong understanding of fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire suppression, and firefighting systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate across teams and liaise with clients effectively.
• A valid driving license, as site visits and client meetings are integral to the role.
• Preference will be given to candidates currently on a visit visa or those with a cancelled employment visa.
