Job Overview

Al Yousuf Group is seeking a skilled Transport Executive to oversee and streamline the management of our Group Fleet. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the efficiency, safety, and compliance of our vehicles, ensuring smooth transportation operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities

The Transport Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet maintenance, repair, and servicing. You will coordinate outsourced transport services and liaise with contractors and suppliers to guarantee uninterrupted vehicle availability. The role includes monitoring vehicle services such as fuel usage, toll payments (Salik), fines, permits, and insurance. Handling vehicle licensing activities like registration, renewal, and cancellation is also essential. Maintaining meticulous fleet records and databases, preparing regular reports for the Transport Manager, and managing invoice settlements with the Accounts Department are key duties. Additionally, supporting vehicle procurement, disposal, and ongoing maintenance efforts form an important part of the job.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in fleet management, transport coordination, or vehicle administration, preferably within the UAE or GCC region. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, insurance processes, licensing, and fuel management is essential. You should be skilled in vendor coordination with excellent follow-up abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, along with solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadlines, is expected.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Ajman, where you will be working closely with various departments and external partners to ensure seamless fleet operations for Al Yousuf Group.
