VRS Technologies LLC, a leading provider in the audio visual and event rental sector, is seeking a diligent and proactive Rental Sales Coordinator to strengthen their team in Dubai. This role is especially suited for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience within the AV rental industry who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Rental Sales Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and rental requests. Responsibilities include preparing accurate quotations and rental proposals tailored to client needs, maintaining effective communication through timely follow-ups, and coordinating seamlessly with sales, operations, and technical teams. The role also involves managing customer and rental documentation to ensure smooth operations and supporting the sales team in achieving set rental targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in AV rental or event rental services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on coordination and follow-up
• Basic understanding of AV equipment and rental processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related computer applications
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in the UAE
• Filipino female candidates and those holding a spouse/husband visa are highly preferred
