Job Overview

An established industrial company specializing in electrical services, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is actively looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join their quality assurance team. This role focuses on maintaining a robust quality management system and driving continuous improvements to meet organizational and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Quality Director/Manager in implementing and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Lead failure analysis by examining quality defect trends and data such as DPMO and DPPM.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and reduce scrap using statistical tools like cause and effect diagrams and FMEA.
• Assist in conducting internal audits across departments and support management review processes.
• Contribute to the development and revision of local procedures to ensure compliance and up-to-date quality practices.
• Develop and execute audit plans and schedules targeting quality objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to set measurable QA goals, monitor activities, and facilitate follow-up meetings.
• Ensure timely resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs) arising from audits and management action plans.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within the quality system and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting quality issues, NCR status, defect trends, and improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or quality control.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and auditing standards.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis techniques for quality improvement.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
