Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Male Pharmacist Manager holding a valid DHA license to join our expanding healthcare team in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time role requires someone with strong leadership abilities and solid expertise in pharmacy operations to oversee daily activities and ensure compliance with UAE pharmaceutical regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise pharmacy staff to maintain smooth pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with DHA standards and UAE pharmaceutical laws
• Oversee medication dispensing and patient counseling processes
• Maintain accurate inventory control and procurement of pharmaceutical supplies
• Lead initiatives to improve pharmacy services and patient care

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid DHA License as a Pharmacist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
• In-depth knowledge of UAE pharmacy regulations and DHA requirements
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills
• Experience in patient counseling and medication management
• Proven ability to manage pharmacy operations and inventory
• Prior work experience in the UAE is preferred
• Immediate joiners will be given preference
