Job Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated Car Cleaners to join our team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This is a direct-hiring opportunity with no recruitment or hidden fees. Fresh candidates are welcome as training will be provided. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

The role involves maintaining high standards of vehicle cleaning and detailing to ensure customer satisfaction. This position offers a competitive salary structure along with incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and detail vehicles thoroughly, both inside and out
• Remove stains, dust, watermarks, and any other dirt to ensure the vehicle is spotless
• Prepare vehicles for customer handover, maintaining the highest levels of presentation
• Operate cleaning equipment and use materials appropriately
• Work efficiently in outdoor environments and stand for extended periods

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in vehicle cleaning and detailing is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage cleaning tools and products correctly
• Physical stamina to work long hours and stand during shifts
• Ability to work outdoors comfortably

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role starts at AED 2250 monthly, with an additional AED 300 incentive for achieving 100% performance targets. Working hours are 10 hours per day, with one weekly day off. The employer provides a free visa and there are no recruitment or hidden charges applicable.

Work Locations and Schedule

Opportunities are available in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Candidates should be prepared for a 10-hour workday and expect one day off each week.
