Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager specializing in Property & Casualty insurance to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of corporate accounts while driving growth through client retention, cross-selling, and new business development in the competitive general insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Lead client retention efforts, renewals, and cross-selling activities across various lines of insurance business.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance on insurance policies, contractual liabilities, and claims handling.
• Develop and maintain effective partnerships with insurers, clients, and other business stakeholders.
• Achieve key performance indicators and contribute to sales targets within a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional experience in the UAE insurance market, preferably within an Insurance Broker or Insurance Company.
• Bachelor’s degree required; having an MBA is an advantage.
• Industry certifications such as Cert CII, DIP CII, or AIII are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• A proactive, sales-driven mindset focused on client success and business growth.
