Job Overview

Al Mufaddal Global FZCO is currently seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Executive to join their team at Jafza One, Dubai. This role offers a prime opportunity for experienced professionals specializing in supply chain management within the UAE Free Zone and food industry sectors. The position is open to both male and female candidates from any nationality, with a preference for those holding their own UAE visa. Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will oversee and manage various aspects of supply chain operations, including:

• Coordination and supervision of Import and Export activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Handling purchasing and procurement processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Organizing and managing warehouse operations to facilitate smooth stock flow.
• Supporting e-commerce operations on platforms such as Noon and Amazon.
• Maintaining accurate records and performing basic accounting duties using QuickBooks.

Required Skills and Experience

Candidates must bring practical experience and skill sets in the following areas:

• At least 2–3 years of supply chain, logistics, or trading experience within the UAE Free Zone.
• Proven background in the food industry, with specific experience in coffee products considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and business operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with QuickBooks and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks independently.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience working in a UAE Free Zone company is essential.
• Food industry experience is a strict requirement.
• Exposure to trading company operations.
• Basic accounting knowledge applicable to the UAE market.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with coffee-related products will be highly valued, along with a demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics and supply chain functions efficiently.
