Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer with a strong background in accounting to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the construction industry and demonstrate the ability to manage supplier relationships while handling financial transactions efficiently. This role requires managing procurement processes alongside accounting duties to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing Requests for Quotations (RFQs), issuing Purchase Orders (POs), and coordinating with vendors to maintain smooth procurement workflows. Additionally, you will handle invoice processing, accounts payable tasks, and perform regular reconciliations to keep financial records accurate. Efficient use of Excel and ERP systems is essential for managing data and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven procurement and accounting experience within the construction industry
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities
• Expertise in processing RFQs, PO issuance, and vendor coordination
• Familiarity with invoice handling, accounts payable, and financial reconciliations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience using ERP software
• Must hold a transferable Iqama
