Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Sharjah. This role involves managing recruitment processes, updating and enforcing HR policies, and designing employee referral programs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in human resources and a comprehensive understanding of labor laws applicable in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages tailored to company needs.
• Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems, including quarterly, annual, and 360-degree evaluations.
• Create clear HR policies and ensure employee adherence through effective communication and training.
• Lead sourcing, screening, and interviewing efforts to successfully recruit top talent.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and performance.

Requirements

Candidates should have demonstrated experience in human resource functions within dynamic environments. A robust knowledge of UAE labor legislation is essential to ensure compliance and to provide accurate guidance on employment matters.
