Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Lifting Supervisors to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This permanent role is within the oil and gas, EPC, and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidates will oversee and manage lifting activities, ensuring safety and efficiency on site while maintaining compliance with ADNOC standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Lifting Supervisor will be responsible for supervising all lifting operations according to approved plans. Key duties include coordinating directly with crane operators, riggers, and site teams to facilitate smooth execution. This role also involves reviewing method statements and risk assessments to guarantee safety measures are met. Inspecting cranes, slings, shackles, and other lifting equipment to ensure they meet operational standards is also a critical function.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should have 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in lifting operations. A diploma or technical qualification related to lifting is preferred. It is essential to possess an ADNOC-approved third-party certification along with a valid Lifting Supervisor competency certificate. A strong understanding of rigging and crane operations forms the foundation of this role. Good command of English for clear communication on site is also required.
