Job Overview

We are inviting skilled AC Technicians to attend walk-in interviews for positions based in Dubai’s Al Quoz Industrial Area 3. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience working on high-rise buildings to join a reputable facilities management company. Candidates holding an ITI certificate and with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience will be given priority. We especially welcome visit visa holders and those with canceled visas who are available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The selected AC Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems in high-rise towers, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, performing regular inspections, and executing preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid ITI certificate in air conditioning or related fields
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience servicing AC systems in high-rise buildings, preferably within Dubai
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and reliability

Additional Information

Preference will be given to candidates currently on visit visas or those with canceled visas who can join immediately. Punctuality and preparedness for on-the-spot interviews are essential.
