Job Overview

Manforce Resources is currently seeking a dedicated Welfare Officer to support worker welfare and accommodation management. This role involves overseeing living conditions, addressing worker concerns, and coordinating with camp management to ensure a safe and comfortable environment. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience in worker welfare or manpower operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve worker concerns, ensuring their welfare needs are met promptly.
• Inspect worker accommodations regularly to maintain proper hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate with camp management teams including maintenance, food services, and facilities to improve living conditions.
• Record and follow up on complaints, maintaining accurate documentation to support timely resolutions.
• Conduct routine visits to camps focusing on hygiene, safety protocols, and overall upkeep.
• Collaborate closely with Human Resources and Operations departments to address and solve welfare-related issues.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with workers and management.
• Ability to handle multiple welfare-related tasks and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Experience in inspecting and maintaining camp facilities to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed records and following through on open issues.

• Minimum 2 years and up to 5 years of experience in worker welfare, camp welfare, or manpower operations.
