Job Overview

Keemart is currently seeking 100 energetic and efficient Pickers to join their teams in Jeddah, Makkah, and Taif. This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced work environment. Candidates will undergo an interview in Jeddah before final selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently picking and preparing products for shipment or delivery
• Maintaining accuracy in order processing
• Working quickly while adhering to quality standards
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets

Requirements

• Age range between 30 to 35 years
• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks
• Basic communication skills in English
• Ability to work 10 hours each day, with opportunities for overtime
• Valid Iqama with at least 3 months remaining preferred; candidates with expired or short-term Iqama may also apply with possibility for Kafala transfer

Compensation and Benefits

Salary packages vary depending on Iqama status:

• With valid Iqama (minimum 3 months remaining): Basic salary of SAR 1,800, with overtime pay increasing total to around SAR 2,500
• Expired or short-term Iqama: Basic salary SAR 1,400, with potential overtime earnings up to SAR 2,000

Additional benefits include provided accommodation and transportation.

Work Environment

The position involves physical activity in a warehouse or distribution center setting, requiring stamina and focus to maintain efficiency and accuracy during long shifts.
