Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Planning Engineer to join our energetic team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in construction planning and scheduling, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Planning Engineer will play a vital role in project coordination and time management. Core duties include:

• Developing and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
• Liaising with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to ensure scheduling alignment.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Preparing regular progress reports and communicating updates to stakeholders.
• Implementing and overseeing change control procedures to maintain project integrity.
• Ensuring all scheduling activities comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of practical experience in construction planning and scheduling within the Gulf region.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Strong analytical skills combined with problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Preferably based in Bahrain with a valid driving license for site visits and coordination.
