Job Overview

We are actively seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and manage our human resources operations in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of HR experience within the UAE, focusing on compliance with local labor regulations and efficient HR administrative management. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of human resource management. Responsibilities include:

• Managing recruitment, onboarding processes, and manpower planning to meet company goals.
• Handling attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Ensuring full compliance with UAE Labour Law and Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) requirements.
• Administering visa processing, work permits, Emirates IDs, and all HR-related documentation.
• Resolving employee relations matters, handling grievances, issuing warnings, and overseeing disciplinary actions.
• Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives.
• Collaborating closely with management and department heads to address HR needs.
• Preparing detailed HR reports and providing manpower updates to leadership.
• Supervising and leading the HR and administration teams to drive performance and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience within the UAE, demonstrating strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
• Expertise in handling MOHRE requirements and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and interact across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to join immediately is highly desirable.
