Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience in mechanical erection work, particularly within power plant environments including Steam Systems (SS), boilers, turbines, tanks, power plants (PP), and nuclear power plants (NPP). This long-term opportunity offers the chance to contribute to high-quality multidisciplinary projects and lead critical engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Mechanical Engineer will:

• Oversee mechanical erection activities ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary quality control processes related to mechanical works.
• Lead installation and commissioning tasks involving critical equipment such as boilers, turbines, and storage tanks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain project timelines and safety regulations.
• Perform thorough inspections, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience (12 to 15 years) in mechanical engineering roles, focused on power plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical erection practices in power plant environments including Steam Systems, Boilers, Turbines, and Nuclear Power Plant equipment.
• Proven ability to manage quality assurance and maintain high standards across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in mechanical construction and installation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage onsite teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
