Job Overview

Mark & Save is seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Lead to oversee supermarket warehouse activities in Ajman. This role focuses on maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring proper inventory rotation, and managing daily warehouse operations to support smooth supermarket order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Accurately recording Goods Received Notes (GRNs) for perishable items such as eggs, vegetables, fish, and butchery products, ensuring Manufactured and Expiry dates are precisely captured with a target accuracy of 99%.
• Implementing and enforcing the FIFO (First In, First Out) system for picking stock across all categories including food and non-food items, maintaining a compliance rate of 98%.
• Organizing perishable bins according to product categories and expiry dates, utilizing ABC and FIFO methods to keep bins optimized and orderly, aiming for a 98% target in bin management.
• Coordinating timely picking and dispatch of supermarket orders, ensuring orders are processed and sent within 0-2 hours for optimal customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring storage conditions, conducting regular temperature and quality checks, and submitting daily quality reports to maintain a 100% compliance rate.

Required Skills and Experience

A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in warehouse management, particularly within the food retail sector, is preferred. Familiarity with FIFO inventory techniques and quality control procedures is essential. Good communication skills and the ability to manage reports effectively will support success in this role.

Work Environment

The Warehouse Lead will operate from the Mark & Save Management Office located at the Black Square Building, Al Rashidiya 1, Ajman. This environment requires hands-on supervision of warehouse activities and close collaboration with the supermarket team to ensure seamless stock flow and quality maintenance.
