• Restaurant Supervisor (WSET Level 2 or 3)
• Captain / Server (WSET Level 2 or 3)
• Senior Bartender (WSET Level 2 or 3)
• Server / Server Assistant / Runner
• Senior Host / Host
• Bar Manager / Bartender / Bar Back

Key Qualifications and Skills

Ideal candidates will have experience working in premium or fine dining food and beverage settings with a keen focus on delivering outstanding service and elevating guest experiences. Professional appearance and polished communication skills are essential in all roles.

Wine expertise is required for select positions, with a minimum of WSET Level 2 certification. Candidates holding WSET Level 3 will be given preference.
