Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled ERP Support Executive with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting ERP users by resolving functional issues, documenting system gaps, and ensuring smooth business operations through effective system analysis and user training.

Key Responsibilities

The ERP Support Executive will provide live assistance and technical support to users, addressing their queries through phone, email, or remote sessions. Responsibilities include conducting fit-gap analyses, estimating effort levels, prioritizing issues based on complexity, and documenting functional processes. The role involves troubleshooting and diagnosing system issues to improve ERP performance and educating end-users on best practices. Additionally, the candidate will prepare functional documentation aligned with business processes and utilize ERP standards and tools to enhance system usability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in Microsoft D365 Business Central support environment (1-2 years).
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify and resolve user-related ERP issues.
• Ability to assist users with “how-to” questions regarding ERP features and functionalities.
• Experience providing live support and logging support cases systematically.
• Capability to analyze problems, research root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with conducting diagnostic tests to optimize system performance.
• Experience in delivering key-user and end-user training.
• Competence in documenting business processes and preparing detailed functional documents.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to deploying or migrating system configurations as needed.
• Experience in data migration, functional testing, and master data management including updating, verifying, correcting, and validating data.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from SR 4,000 to SR 5,000, with additional benefits including company-provided accommodation and transportation.
