Antika Women’s Fashion, a growing name in Abaya design located in Dibba, Fujairah, UAE, is looking to hire skilled professionals to join their team. They are currently offering two openings for Cutter Master / Tailor roles. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced individuals seeking to enhance their career in the fashion industry within the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for precise cutting and tailoring tasks to meet high-quality fashion standards. You will collaborate closely with the design team to ensure garments fit perfectly and maintain the brand’s reputation for excellence. Customer service skills will be essential to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience working in the Gulf region. Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory to facilitate smooth communication within the team and with customers. In addition, strong customer service capabilities are expected to deliver a positive client experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The Cutter Master / Tailor positions offer a monthly salary of AED 2,000. Working hours span 10 hours daily, with a weekly schedule that includes a half-day off on Fridays. Accommodation costs are included within the salary package. The company also provides a work visa, ensuring legal employment and residence during your tenure.

Additional Opportunities

Antika Women’s Fashion is also seeking to fill other key roles including a Women’s Tailor with a salary of AED 1,800 and an Accountant experienced with Excel and POS systems, offering AED 2,200 monthly. Both positions also require Gulf experience and Arabic language skills.
