Job Overview
La Stella Productions is seeking an experienced Acrylic Fabrication Supervisor to lead and oversee our production team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on expertise in acrylic cutting, bending, polishing, and finishing, along with solid supervisory skills to ensure smooth workshop operations and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The supervisor will manage daily workshop activities, guiding the production team to meet quality standards, maintain finishing accuracy, and achieve timely project deliveries. Responsibilities include overseeing machine operations, interpreting technical drawings and production specifications, and ensuring the precision of acrylic makeup grids and display grids fabrication.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in acrylic fabrication including cutting, bending, polishing, and finishing
- Specialized knowledge in producing acrylic makeup grids and display grids
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and CAD software to interpret and execute design plans
- Familiarity with running and handling machinery related to acrylic fabrication
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand measurements
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively supervise and motivate the production team
Requirements

Benefits
