Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Convenience or Small Supermarket Manager to lead daily store operations in Riyadh. This role requires an experienced professional with a solid background managing small-sized supermarkets, capable of driving sales and ensuring smooth business functions in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing routines.
• Maintain optimal inventory by ordering, receiving, and stocking products as needed.
• Track sales performance closely and develop effective strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure the store meets company standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism.
• Uphold all relevant health, safety, and regulatory policies to maintain store compliance.

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of management experience within the Saudi Arabian retail sector.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available for local transfer will be preferred.
• Age range between 25 and 35 years.
