Exceed National General Contracting is seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team in ICAD I, Abu Dhabi. This key role demands extensive experience in construction planning, particularly within residential villa projects across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of multi-project scheduling and demonstrate advanced expertise in planning software.

Key Responsibilities

The Planning Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project planning and scheduling, ensuring timelines are efficiently managed across various residential villa projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and providing accurate forecasts to support successful project delivery. Close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders is essential to maintain alignment and meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in construction planning, with a strong focus on the GCC market.
• Proven expertise in handling multi-project schedules and managing complex residential villa developments.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in the UAE construction sector and familiarity with local industry standards will be advantageous. Strong communication and leadership skills are key to effectively guiding planning teams and coordinating with various departments.
