Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote and sell fitness and gym equipment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets consistently through effective sales techniques.
• Provide knowledgeable product advice and support to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the brand’s image at all times.
• Act as a reliable representative of Al Qudra Sports Equipment within the retail environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Arab national with fluency in both Arabic and English to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Strong background or good understanding of the fitness industry and gym equipment is highly advantageous.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or fitness sectors will be considered a plus.
• Confident, approachable, and customer-focused attitude to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
