Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Control Center Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. This role focuses on the centralized monitoring and coordination of company vehicles, facilities, and operational activities, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient business processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational safety and responding promptly to any issues across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Control Center Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily monitoring activities across vehicles, parking spaces, buildings, and other operational areas using advanced IVMS and GPS tracking systems. You will be expected to identify any safety hazards or operational abnormalities and escalate concerns to the appropriate departments promptly. Close collaboration with various teams including HSE, Operations, PMV, Transportation, Maintenance, and Security is essential to ensure seamless incident management and continuous operational support.

• Monitor and track company vehicles through IVMS/GPS systems
• Supervise the security and condition of company facilities and parking areas
• Detect and report safety risks and operational irregularities
• Escalate safety and operational concerns to relevant departments efficiently
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support vehicle and facility operations
• Assist in incident reporting and resolving facility-related challenges

Requirements

The position requires a proactive individual capable of multitasking and managing real-time operational demands. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments are key to success in this role.
